My name is Camila Fonseca and I'm glad you've come this far.
I know that in the rush of everyday life, self-care is not always a priority. This is already an important step in your journey of self-knowledge and transformation.
If you're feeling tired, confused, depressed or anxious, know that therapy is like taking a path back home. It's as if through therapy, we connect with our internal GPS while we travel the territory of who we are.

About me
I am passionate about facilitating spaces of empathy and non-judgment to foster processes of self-knowledge and transformation.
My psychological care is based on existential humanism, based on scientific evidence and neuroscience, especially in the treatment of depression and anxiety.
I am a psychologist trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems, (Level 1, IFSI), in Somatic Experiencing (Intermediate, SEI) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (Level B).
After traveling to over 12 countries around the world, I am living in India, where love to dedicate myself to my spiritual practice.
