“I have lived on the lip
of insanity, wanting to know reasons,
knocking on a door.

It opens.
I've been knocking from the inside.”

I am a psychologist who graduated from the University of Brasília (UnB) in 2007. Since then, I have dedicated myself to various areas of Psychology, from clinical practice to community psychology in Indigenous and Quilombola communities.

A unique element of my professional qualification is my life experience.

Upon becoming a psychologist, I realized the need to transcend the boundaries of my comfort zone and get to know myself not just through books or courses, but through my own lived experience.

On a journey of self-discovery, I traveled through Latin America for more than 3 and a half years, journeying by land and water across Brazil and 10 other countries (from Argentina to Guatemala).

During this period, I learned different languages and cultures, lived in extreme situations, and came into contact with people from diverse realities.

Another personal aspect important to my work is my intense dedication to the practice of mindfulness. For 2 years, I lived exclusively in meditation centers in both Brazil and India.

During this time, I deepened my knowledge of human nature through moment-to-moment inner observation.

Upon becoming a mother, I came into contact with the pains of my own complex trauma. For this reason, I have deeply studied and qualified in internationally recognized approaches in this area for my own benefit and for my clients.

Currently, I live in Southern India, where I see clients in person and online in English, Portuguese, and Spanish from various parts of the world, including Brazil, the USA, Australia, India, New Zealand, Switzerland, and Japan.

In my free time, I enjoy laughing with my daughter and husband, swimming outdoors, doing all kinds of crafts, playing the same old songs on my guitar, cycling my bicycle on the multi-colored streets of India, among sadhus and monkeys, and climbing the Arunachala mountain to meditate in the caves.
